Refund policy

We want you to love your Veloura products. If you are not satisfied follow the process below.

You have 10 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. Requests after 10 days will not be accepted.

To start a return email us at wesleyjoshfizzy89@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will reply within 2 business days with our return address.

You are responsible for all shipping costs to send the product back to us. We do not provide return labels. Transportation fees are also your responsibility.

Products must be in original condition. Damaged, used, or cracked items cannot be returned. We inspect every return before processing a refund.

Once we receive and inspect your return we will email you a confirmation. Your refund will be sent back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item contact us immediately at wesleyjoshfizzy@gmail.com. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you. Please include photos of the damage.

Final sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
