1. Return Window
You have 10 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Requests made after 10 days will not be accepted.
2. How to Request a Return
Email us at wesleyjoshfizzy@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Product name
- Reason for return
We will respond within 2 business days with our return location address.
3. Return Shipping
You are responsible for all shipping costs to return the product to our provided location. We do not provide return labels. You must also cover any transportation fees.
4. Condition of Returned Goods
Damaged, used, or cracked products cannot be returned. Products must be in original condition and packaging.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will confirm via email. Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will go back to your original payment method.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products marked "Final Sale"
- Damaged, used, or cracked products
